These terms apply to use of TRWorkHub, operated by Toomas Rannaste as an individual trading as TRWorkHub. Any separate service agreement with your company continues to apply. Contact support@trworkhub.com.au with questions before using the service if you are unsure about your authorization or the applicable agreement.
TRWorkHub is business software for authorized company teams. Use an account approved for you and access only permitted companies and records. The mobile app is a field companion and requires a company account. These terms introduce no in-app purchases or billing.
Protect credentials and devices, check records before saving or submitting and raise suspected errors or unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass permissions, disrupt the service or upload unlawful or malicious material.
Administrators must grant appropriate access, keep membership current and ensure authority to provide workforce information. Companies should explain employee record practices and use only necessary custom fields and notes.
Users and companies must check dates, hours, breaks, jobs, notes and submitted records. Software assists recordkeeping; it does not determine employment entitlements or replace payroll checks, legal advice or statutory obligations.
Network access and third-party services affect availability. Features vary by company configuration and release. Do not use the service as an emergency system or assume interrupted saves or submissions succeeded. A separate company service agreement may set additional service arrangements.
Company records remain subject to the rights of the company and people concerned. Providing information authorizes processing necessary for the agreed service, not publication as marketing. Software and branding rights remain with their respective owners.
Access may be restricted by a company administrator or under the applicable service agreement, including for security or misuse. Account changes do not automatically erase submitted work records. The Privacy and Account deletion pages explain requests and retention. Contact support if you believe your access has been restricted incorrectly.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. They do not impose a liability cap or replace any applicable separate company agreement. Contact support@trworkhub.com.au to raise a concern about the service.
