These capabilities are implemented in isolated staging and remain under verification. They are not generally available to production teams. Offline support covers the workflows named below, not the entire platform.
Capture supported work offline
Prepare a personal device online, then enter Timesheet and Daywork drafts, Plant pre-starts and Forms. Visible sync status and conflicts keep you in control. Photos, signatures and additional Timesheet fields need online completion.
Scan into a specific task
Expiring, revocable QR task links open a selected Plant pre-start, SWMS revision or Form. Company authentication is still required; the link does not grant general access.
Build a selected Evidence Pack
Choose supporting records for a submitted Daywork or Project. Download a ZIP with a source manifest and file hashes. Read Project and asset activity alongside it. This is not legally certified evidence.
Set up with fewer repeated entries
Preview and map Employee, Job and Plant spreadsheets before an all-or-nothing import. Saved Crews and Plant sets remain editable shortcuts, with free-text Daywork entry preserved.
Keep useful defaults optional
Company and Project template defaults, recent group choices and submitted snapshots reduce repeated entry without silently saving or submitting assumptions.
